Clarity in pricing is our priority. At Zedbox, we will only present you with a final quote after vising your garden space. We've made our garden annexe prices simple and offer a free, no-obligation site survey to guarantee a ‘no hidden fees’ approach to your final Zedbox design.

 What's included in the price?

- Installation, Commissioning, Planning Permission and Building Control. 

- As standard all Zedboxes come with: Silk Interior Finish, Thermowood Cladding, Double Plug Sockets, LED Downlights, Double Glazed Windows, Residential Insulation, Guttering, Underfloor Heating and Oak Floorboards. 

We will quote for your groundworks (your Zedbox base and drainage) plus electrics once we have completed your Zedbox site survey, as each garden space is unique.
